Coffee TipsRemember these special tips for the best possible coffee!
- Use GOOD coffee! (E-Java is a great choice for quality!)
- Analyze your water- bad water makes bad coffee
- put in the right coffee quantity
- Adjust your coffee grind to your liking.
- Store coffee in a cool, dark, dry place.
- If you grind, grind one batch at a time.
- Never freeze your coffee-freezer burn!
- Don't reheat or microwave coffee - EVER!
- For best brewing results, spread the coffee grounds evenly in the filter basket.
- Keep your coffee in airtight glass containers away from the sunlight.
- After making your coffee put it in a thermos. It will stay fresher much longer.
- Make coffee ice-cubes for when your coffee is too hot. (won't dilute your coffee this way!)
- Try bottled water instead of tap. Coffee is 98% water so good water is very important!
- Buy whole bean coffee - it's the freshest way to buy.
- The faster the brewing method, the finer you should grind your coffee beans.
- Warm up your coffee mug first by pouring in hot water. Pour it out & pour in your coffee. A warm mug keeps
your coffee warmer longer!
- The finer the coffee is ground, the stronger the coffee will be.
- Non-dairy creamer should be in the cup before the coffee, so coffee will not cool below 170 degrees, where the creamer will not dissolve properly.
